At ORTC Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new garments aren't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all full-priced items.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Place them securely in their original packaging or a durable mailer.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package off at any authorized postal location. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
